Professor Boardway is an expert witness on Architectural  & Construction cases and has extensive knowledge of research techniques. The objective here is to understand what the specific present issues are and the actions that led up to the case. MBA can proceed after receiving the signed contract between MBA and The Owner or Legal Representative for the specific project, also, receiving the retainer, and all project documents, from the contracted parties and others (which must be submitted no later than two days after the contract is signed between MBA and the Owner),  then MBA can start their research.

3.  All documents relevant to the case for review

INITIAL FEE  FOR EXPERT WITNESS SERVICES ($500.00 / CASE –  INITIAL FEE ONLY )

OFFICE POLICY:
MBA Proposal Contract to be submitted asap, to the Owner,  reflecting all responsibilities of each party as well as time frames and approximate total fee with 20% retainer due minus $500 initial payment.
